Basic Eligibility
  • Candidates must have qualified the NEET UG 2026 Examination conducted by NTA.
  • Must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
Participating Institutions (MCC Scope)
  • 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats of all Government Medical & Dental Colleges across states.
  • 100% Seats in Deemed & Central Universities (Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu University, University of Delhi, Faculty of Dentistry Jamia Millia Islamia).
  • 100% Seats of AIIMS across India & JIPMER (Puducherry/Karaikal).
  • All India Quota seats of ESIC Medical Colleges and AFMC Pune.
  • B.Sc Nursing courses in selected Central Institutes.

Mandatory Documents Required for Reporting 2026

List of Original Documents & Copies
  1. MCC Allotment Letter: Downloaded from the MCC portal.
  2. NEET UG 2026 Admit Card & Rank Letter/Score Card: Issued by NTA.
  3. Date of Birth Certificate: Class 10th Certificate or equivalent.
  4. Class 10th & 12th Certificates: Passing Certificate and Mark Sheets.
  5. Valid Identity Proof: Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Passport / Voter ID.
  6. Passport Size Photographs: 8 passport-size photographs (same as affixed on the application form).
  7. Category Certificate: SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD certificate (if applicable, in the standard Government of India format).

How to Apply for MCC NEET UG Online Counselling Form 2026

  • Visit the official Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) counselling portal.
  • Click on the "UG Medical Counselling 2026" or "NEET UG Counselling 2026 Registration" link.
  • Register using your NEET UG 2026 Roll Number, Application Number, and the required personal details.
  • Log in using your registered credentials and complete the online counselling application form.
  • Fill in all the required details carefully, including personal, academic, and NEET UG examination information.
  • Verify all the entered details before proceeding to the next step.
  • Pay the Non-Refundable Registration Fee and Refundable Security Deposit through the available online payment modes.
  • After successful payment, complete the Choice Filling process by selecting your preferred colleges and courses.
  • Lock your choices before the specified deadline. Once locked, the choices cannot be modified.
  • Download and print the registration confirmation page and the locked choice slip for future reference.
  • Wait for the seat allotment result and download the Allotment Letter if a seat is allotted.
  • Report to the allotted institute within the prescribed schedule along with all original documents for verification and admission.
