Eligibility

- 40% posts of Senior Resident / Tutor will be filled from members of Bihar State Health Service cadre and 40% posts will be filled from doctors who have completed post graduate degree course (under residency scheme) from medical colleges of the state and remaining 20% posts will be filled from such doctors. To be filled by those who have obtained post graduate degree (residency scheme) from recognized institutions outside the state. The minimum educational qualification for the posts of Senior Resident / Tutor will be a Master's degree in the subject-specific. In case of shortage of qualified candidates, the minimum educational qualification will be Diploma, for which they will also be given 10 marks equivalent to a Master's degree in the particular subject. Provided that in the merit list he/she will be below the permanent post graduate degree candidates.
