How to Apply for NEET PG Entrance Exam Form 2026

  • Visit the official portal of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) at natboard.edu.in or nbe.edu.in.
  • Locate and click on the "NEET-PG 2026" tab under the examination menu.
  • Read the official Information Brochure thoroughly to understand the rules, eligibility, and step-by-step submission instructions.
  • Click on the "New Registration" link and fill in your basic credentials (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Mobile Number, and Email ID) to generate your unique User ID and Password.
  • Log in to the system using your newly generated User ID and Password to access the main application form.
  • Fill out the personal details, communication address, and academic information matching your MBBS Degree parameters.
  • Upload your required scanned documents including a recent passport-size photograph with a white background, your running hand signature, and a clear left thumb impression.
  • Capture your Real-Time Photograph using an active webcam or built-in camera, ensuring the environment has proper lighting and a solid white background.
  • Select your preferred test city from the available choices and click on the preview tab to meticulously verify all columns before final submission.
  • Proceed to the payment section and pay the application fee (Rs. 3500/- for General/OBC/EWS or Rs. 2500/- for SC/ST/PH) online via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
  • Submit the form and take a clear printout of the final system-generated application form and transaction receipt for your counseling and future records.
