Mandatory Documents Required at Nodal Center
Admit card, mark sheet, and provisional certificate of Matriculation or equivalent examination (as proof of DOB).
The original Admit Card of DCECE-2026 and six (6) additional copies of the photograph affixed to it.
Caste Certificate, Residential Certificate, and Character Certificate.
Copy of Aadhar Card.
Hard copy of the online application form (Part-A and Part-B confirmation page) for DCECE (PM/PMM)-2026.
Rank Card of DCECE (PM/PMM)-2026.
Two (2) copies of the downloaded Verification Slip (Jaanch Parchi) and one (1) copy of the Biometric Form.
How To Apply Online For DCECE PM/PMM Counselling 2026
Visit the official Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) counselling portal.
Click on the "DCECE PM/PMM Counselling 2026" link available on the homepage.
Log in using your Registration Number and Password .
Verify your personal details and complete the online counselling registration process.
Pay the prescribed online counselling fee using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
After successful fee payment, proceed to the Choice Filling section.
Select your preferred colleges and paramedical courses in the desired order of preference.
Review all the selected choices carefully before submitting.
Lock your choices before the last date. Once locked, changes may not be allowed unless the board provides an unlock facility.
Download and print the Choice Filling Confirmation Page for future reference.
Wait for the seat allotment result published by BCECEB according to the counselling schedule.
If a seat is allotted, download the Provisional Allotment Order from the candidate login.
Report to the allotted institute or designated verification centre with all original documents for document verification and admission.
Complete the admission formalities and pay the institute admission fee within the prescribed deadline to confirm your seat.
