Eligibility
Polytechnic Engineering (PE) Diploma
Must have passed the 10th (SSC/ Matriculation) examination from a recognized board.
Must have qualified and hold a valid Rank Card in the BCECE DCECE (PE) 2026 Entrance Exam.
How to Fill Bihar Polytechnic (PE) Online Counselling Form
Visit the official website of the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
On the homepage, look for the "Online Application Forms" section and click on the link for "Online Counselling Portal of DCECE (PE)-2026".
Click on "New Candidate Registration". Enter your DCECE Registration Number/Roll Number, Date of Birth, and other required details to generate an OTP and create your Login Password.
Log in to the candidate portal using your Roll Number as the User ID and the Password you just created.
Navigate to the "Choice Filling" section. A list of available Government and Private Polytechnic colleges and their respective branches will appear.
Select and add your preferred colleges and engineering branches. Make sure to arrange them strictly in the order of your priority (Choice 1 being your most preferred option).
Review your selected preferences carefully. Once satisfied, click on the "Lock Choices" button. Note: Choices cannot be modified once locked. If left unlocked, they will be auto-locked on the last date.
Download and print a final copy of your locked choices. Keep it safe, as it will be required during the document verification process after seat allotment.
