The OFSS Bihar has released the online 1st merit list, also known as the selection list or intimation letter, along with the cutoff marks in PDF format. This list is for admission into Intermediate (11th class) for the academic session 2026–2028.
All eligible candidates who applied for admission can download their first merit list or intimation letter from the official OFSS website (ofssbihar.net). To access the document, candidates need their application number and registered mobile number. The download facility is available from 29th May 2026 onwards for admission to the 11th class for the academic year 2026–27. Guru Gyan

Inter (11th)
The students who have passed the Matriculation Examination or 10th Class or equivalent examination from Bihar School Examination Board, Central Board for Secondary education(CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) or any other State board are eligible to apply online for admission.
Requirement Document for Admission/Enrollment in School/ College Through OFSS
Provisional Certificate / Original Certificate of 10th or equivalent examination.
Mark sheet of 10th or equivalent examination.
School Leaving Certificate (SLC) of the school from where he/ she has passed 10th examination.
Character certificate of the institution from where he/ she has passed 10th examination.
Migration certificate (if any) from where he/ she has passed 10th examination.
