Ye loan tuition fees, books, laptop aur baaki educational zarooraton ke liye use kiya ja sakta hai. Is yojana ne Bihar ke hazaron students ko higher studies complete karne ka mauka diya hai.

Bihar Student Credit Card: Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Bihar Student Credit Card Online Form 2025, students must meet the following conditions: Must be a resident of Bihar. Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent. Admission should be taken in a recognized college, university, or institution. Age limit as per scheme guidelines.

Bihar Student Credit Card Loan Repayment Process
After the moratorium period ends, loans up to ₹2 lakh can be repaid in a maximum of 60 monthly installments, and loans above ₹2 lakh can be repaid in a maximum of 84 monthly installments. A 0.25 percent interest rate discount will be provided if the loan is repaid before the above-mentioned maximum period. In case of non-employment or non-income from self-employment or other sources within the above stipulated period, loan recovery will be kept on hold, but for this, it will be mandatory for the applicant to provide an affidavit to the DRCC in the last fortnight of every June and December to the effect that the applicant is not employed/self-employed or earning income from any other sources. Apart from the situations mentioned above, if the applicant/co-applicant does not repay the loan after the entire stipulated period, action will be taken against them under the provisions of PDR Act (Public Demand Recovery Act) or as per law. 12 or equivalent.
