  • Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates, if applicable)
  • Certificate of Disability (if applicable)
  • Study Certificate (issued by the school for Class V in session 2025–26)
  • Passport-sized Photograph of the student
  • Signature of Parent/Guardian
  • Valid ID Proof of Parents/Guardian

    Go to navodaya.gov.in or directly to the application portal at cbseitms.rcil.gov.in/nvs.
  2. Access the Registration Link:
    Click on “JNVST Class VI Registration 2026”.
  3. Fill in the Application Form:
    Enter personal details, academic information, and contact details carefully.
  4. Upload Required Documents:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Proof of Residence
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • Disability Certificate (if applicable)
    • Study Certificate for Class V
    • Passport-sized Photograph
    • Signature of Parent/Guardian
    • Parent/Guardian’s ID Proof
  5. Review & Submit:
