The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released a recruitment notification for Pilot positions in 2025. A total of 02 vacancies are available under this recruitment drive. Interested and eligible candidates can apply offline from 04 June 2025 to 27 June 2025. Age Limit Total Post
  • The maximum age limit for engagement of Pilot shall be up to 60 years. However, he/she can be re-engaged as pilot up to the maximum age of 65 years subject to, currency of license and fulfillment of other requirements as per DGCA rules and regulations. The age will be calculated as on 01.06.2025

How to Fill AAI Pilot 2025 Offline Form

1. Download the Application Form

  • Visit the official AAI website: https://www.aai.aero/
  • Navigate to the “Careers” section.
  • Find and download the AAI Pilot Recruitment 2025 notification and application form.

2. Read the Notification

  • Check eligibility criteria including qualifications, experience, age limit, etc.

3. Print the Form

  • Print the downloaded application form on A4 size paper.

4. Fill in the Details

  • Use BLOCK LETTERS and a blue/black pen.
  • Provide accurate personal, educational, and license details.

5. Attach Required Documents

  • Self-attested copies of certificates and documents:
    • Educational certificates
    • Flying experience and license
    • Medical certificate
    • Recent passport-size photographs

6. Paste Photograph

  • Affix a recent passport-size photograph on the form.

7. Sign the Form

  • Sign in the designated space on the form.

8. Prepare the Envelope

  • Place the form and documents in an envelope.
  • Write on top: “Application for the Post of Pilot – AAI 2025”

9. Send by Post

  • Send via Speed Post or Registered Post to the address mentioned in the official notification.
  • Ensure delivery before 27 June 2025.
