Step-by-Step Guide to Fill the Bihar SHSB CHO Online Form

1. Visit the Official Website
 Go to the [State Health Society Bihar (SHSB) portal](https://shs.bihar.gov.in). 

2. Navigate to the CHO Recruitment Section
 On the homepage, hover over the “Human Resources” tab and select “Advertisement” from the dropdown menu. Look for the CHO Recruitment (Advt. No. 02/2025) notification. 

3. Access the Application Form Click on the “Apply Now” link associated with the CHO recruitment notification. 

4. Register as a New Candidate If you're a new user, click on ‘Register (New Candidate)’ and provide the required details to create your login credentials. 

5. Login and Complete the Application Form Use your registered email and password to log in. Fill in the application form with accurate personal, educational, and professional details. 

6. Upload Required Documents Prepare and upload scanned copies of the following documents:
 * Recent passport-size photograph
 * Signature
 * Educational certificates
 * Caste certificate (if applicable)
 * Disability certificate (if applicable)
 * Valid ID proof

7. Pay the Application Fee 

8. Review and Submit the Application Before submission, review all entered information and uploaded documents to ensure accuracy. Once confirmed, submit the application. 

9. Print the Confirmation Page After successful submission, download and print the confirmation page for your records.
