The preliminary test will be held at Patna in the first sitting on 17.12.2023 for selecting the candidates in the ratio of 1:10 for the final written examination in connection with appointment to the post of Court Reader-cum-Deposition Writer pursuant to Employment Notice no. 03/2022.

According to the L.S.s.O' Malleys Bihar & Orrissa District Gazetteers(revised edition 1924),the new district of Patna came into creation in the year 1825 with concurrent boundaries for revenue and police purpose consisting of the district to Patna until 1865.
