Educational Qualification requirements Minimum Passing Criteria (AIBE 22)
  • Applicants must possess a valid LLB degree (3-year or 5-year integrated course) from a University formally recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
  • Candidates must be enrolled as an advocate with their respective State Bar Council.
  • GEN / OBC Candidates: The passing percentage is strictly fixed at 45%.
  • SC / ST / Disabled Candidates: The minimum qualifying mark is set at 40%.

How To Apply Online for AIBE 22 Exam 2026

Eligible law graduates can submit their online applications effortlessly by following these elaborated steps between 19th August 2026 and 27th October 2026:

  • Step 1: Visit the official All India Bar Examination portal at www.allindiabarexamination.com.
  • Step 2: On the Home Page, scroll down to the "Notification with regard to schedule of All India Bar Examination-XXII" and click on the "Registration link AIBE-XXII".
  • Step 3: You will be redirected to the secure login page. New users must click on "Register Here" under the User Login section.
  • Step 4: Complete the registration using your active Mobile Number and Email ID. A password will be generated for you.
  • Step 5: Log in using your Registered Email/Mobile Number and Password. Fill in your academic details, State Bar Council enrollment number, and upload necessary documents (Photograph, Signature, Enrollment Certificate).
  • Step 6: Pay the requisite application fee (Rs. 3500/- or Rs. 2500/- based on category) via the integrated payment gateway.
