  • Computer Speed: 8000 Key Depressions per Hour.

Personal Assistant (PA) / Stenographer
  • Bachelor Degree in Any Stream from a Recognized University.
  • Stenography Speed: 80 WPM in Hindi.
  • Computer Typing: 30 WPM in Hindi and English.
  • O Level / Equivalent Computer Certificate.

How to Download Bihar Vidhan Parishad Admit Card 2026

  3. You will be redirected to the official login portal of the Bihar Vidhan Parishad.
  4. Enter your Registration Number and Password / Date of Birth in the required fields.
  5. Fill in the Captcha code and click on the "Login" or "Submit" button.
  6. Your Admit Card will appear on the screen. Verify all the details printed on it (Name, Exam Center, Timing, etc.).
