Customer Service Associate (Clerk / CSA)
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks.
Post-Graduation also accepted with 50% marks.
Computer knowledge is essential. Knowledge of Hindi & English is preferred.
Probationary Officer (PO – Scale I)
Bachelor’s/Post-Graduate degree with minimum 50% marks in any stream from a recognized university.
Generally, knowledge of basic banking concepts & computer skills are required.
