Valid registration in Madhya Pradesh Co-Medical Council.
Counsellor
Master of Social Worker (M.S.W.).
Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling and Family Therapy (P.G.D.C.F.T.).
Pharmacist Grade-II
Passed 10+2 examination with Biology, Chemistry and Physics subjects.
Diploma in Pharmacy Or B.Pharma Degree in Pharmacy Or M.Pharma Degree in Pharmacy as approved by any recognized University or any other institution recognized by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Valid Registration as Pharmacist in Madhya Pradesh Pharmacy Council.
Ophthalmic Assistant
