The Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has released the online admit card for the Computer Based Test (CBT) for recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse in the Health Department, Bihar. A total of 11,389 vacancies are available under this recruitment. The CBT will be conducted from 30th July to 3rd August 2025 across various examination centers notified by the commission throughout the state. The written competitive examination (CBT) examination of advertisement no. 23/2025 published for appointment to the post of Staff Nurse under Health Department, Bihar, Patna is likely to be held in two shifts on 30.07.2025, 31.07.2025 and 01.08.2025 and in the second shift on 03.08.2025 in various districts of Bihar state.Candidates can download their admit cards from the link provided on the official website of the Bihar Technical Service Commission from 23rd July 2025 onwards for Staff Nurse recruitment examination 2025.
BTSC Staff Nurse Exam Scheme 2025
The Commission will conduct written competitive examination through Computer Based Test (CBT) for all the candidates.
There will be a total of 100 questions in the question paper of the competitive examination, all the questions will be of multiple choice objective nature. The question paper will be in both Hindi and English languages.
The duration of the exam will be two hours and the total marks will be 100.
Questions will be asked on the basis of General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) level syllabus prescribed by the applicant department. The said syllabus will be published separately on the website of the commission.
The said examination will be conducted through Computer Based Test in more than one shift and due to conduction of examination in more than one shift, the result will be prepared by adopting the process of normalization.
Negative marking will be applicable for wrong answers in the exam. 01 mark will be awarded for each correct answer and (0.25) marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
On the basis of the said examination, the result will be declared by adopting the process of normalization of all the candidates.
