The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the Phase 3 Admit Card for the Sakshamta Pariksha 2025. This examination is being held for eligible Niyojit Shikshaks (Contractual Teachers) teaching Classes 1 to 12 across various subjects. The Competency Test for Local Bodies Teacher (CTT) 2025 - Phase 3 is scheduled to be conducted from 23rd July to 25th July 2025 at various designated examination centres across Bihar.

BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha Admit Card 2025 Notice
Candidates appearing for the Local Body Teachers Competency Test (CTT) 2025 (III), all District Program Officers (Establishment) and all District Education Officers, Bihar are informed that the Competency Test 2025 (III) of teachers appointed by the local body will be conducted through CBT from 23.07.2025 to 25.07.2025. The admit card for the said examination will be uploaded on the website of the board https://secondary.biharboardonline.com in the afternoon of 16.07.2025.
Applicants can download/ print their admit card by clicking on the link available on the committee's website and logging in with their Application No. and date of birth (in the pattern of DDMMYYYY) in the password. After downloading the admit card from the website, the applicants will have to get it countersigned by their District Program Officer (Establishment). Without the countersignature of the District Program Officer (Establishment), the admit card will not be valid and they will not be allowed to appear in the examination.

In the top of Home Page click on the given button as "Download Admit Card".
You will be redirected to the admit card download page of BSEB Sakshamta Pariksha 2025.
In the admit card download page under Admit Card for COMPETENCY TEST FOR LOCAL BODIES TEACHER (CTT),2025 (Third) section enter your Application No. and DOB (DD-MM-YYYY) correctly in the specified input field.
Next enter Captcha Code as shown in the page correctly to proceed further.
Finally click on Login button to download your admit card from BSEB Sakshamta server or you can now print out it for future reference.
