किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से राज्य के सरकारी विद्यालयों में माध्यमिक (Secondary, Class 9-12) स्तर पर पढ़ाये जाने वाले विषयों में से नियुक्ति के विषय में न्यूनतम 55 प्रतिशत अंकों अथवा उसके समकक्ष ग्रेड के साथ स्नातकोत्तर तथा तीन वर्षीय एकीकृत बी.एड. एम.एड.।
