  • i) 10th class pass from a recognised Board and
  • Diploma in Automobile Engineering (three year course) awarded by an Institution recognised by the Central Government or a State Government;
  • OR

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (three year course); and (iii) Holding a driving licence authorising to drive motor cycle with gear and light motor vehicles.

  2. Register using your Email ID and Mobile Number (OTR).
  3. Link DigiLocker and provide consent for document verification.
  4. Fill the application form with correct personal, educational & license details.
  5. Upload scanned documents (Photo, Signature, Diploma, License).
  6. Pay application fee online via Net Banking / Debit Card / UPI.
  7. Preview and Submit the form.
  8. Download and print the final confirmation page for future reference.
