  1. Applicants must be a permanent resident of Bihar state.
  2. The caste of the applicant should be under Backward Class (BC) / Extremely Backward Class (EBC) / Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes.
  3. BC & EBC or SC & ST students whose annual income of parent/ guardian including own income does not exceed Rs.3,00,000/- only, will be eligible for scholarship under this scheme. The applicant should be studying in post-admission courses in government institutions / recognized non-government institutions located within the state.

  2. Residential Certificate of Bihar (बिहार का आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र)
  3. Caste Certificate issued by competent authority of Govt. of Bihar ( बिहार सरकार के सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी जाति प्रमाण पत्र। )
  4. Income Certificate [ 2024-25 ] (आय प्रमाण पत्र [2024-25])
  5. Disability Certificate [ If Applicable ] (विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र [यदि हो])
  6. Sample Fee Receipt from Institution [View ] (संस्थान शुल्क का रसीद)
  7. Sample Bonafide Certificate (As Applicable)[ View ] (वास्तविक प्रमाणपत्र)
  8.
