Educational Qualification:- B.D.S. Graduate degree from a recognized Indian University recognized by the Dental Council of India (D.C.I.) or equivalent qualification and permanently registered under the Bihar & Orissa Medical Act 1916.
"If 4 and half years BDS course and 01 year rotating internship has been done from foreign universities and the candidate passes the FDST examination conducted by NBEMS, then their degree will be recognized and such candidates will be considered educationally eligible for the post of dentist."
Training and Experience:- Compulsory internship training of 12 months is mandatory in a hospital/ institute recognized by the Indian Dental Council and the Government. There should not be a break of even a day in the internship, whatever be the reason.
