Training Certificate issued by Sector Skill Council (SSC) will carry 5 marks. OR
Minimum 01 (one) year work experience Certificate from registered NGO/ Municipality Board / Govt. Departments will carry 5 marks. Registered NGOs registration Number must be reflected in the Certificate.
Grade IV Staff

1. Multitasking & Maintenance Staff- I (Technical)
Minimum Class VIII passed and maximum qualification will be HSSLC or Class XII passed.
Other diploma qualification required.
2. Multitasking & Maintenance Staff- II (Non- Technical)
Minimum Class VIII passed and maximum qualification will be HSSLC or Class XII.

For Nurse : Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM).
For Laboratory Technician : Passed Laboratory Technician Course.
For Teacher : HSSLC Passed & Jr. Basic Training Certificate.
For Craft Instructor : HSLC Passed And Certificate in Bamboo & Cane work / Tailoring/ Weaving/ Soap making from ITI or such other recognized Institute.
For Tractor Operator : HSLC Passed and Tractor Driving License.
Havilder
18-40 Years
H.S.L.C or equivalent examination passed And Minimum NCC ‘B’ Certificate.
Assistant Deputy Controller, Civil Defence (Jr.) : Minimum Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce and Other Required Qualification.
Civil Defence Demonstrator / Wireless Operator : Minimum HSLC Passed and Other Required Qualification.
Constable in APRO

Constable of Police (Communication) : H.S. (Science) passed with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM). The Candidates must have obtained pass marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) in H.S. (Science) examination to apply for the post.
Constable (Dispatch Rider) : HSLC or equivalent examination passed and must possess valid driving license for LMV or MMV or HMV.
