The Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS) Sahara Refund Portal is an online platform designed for processing refunds of depositors of four Sahara Group Co-operative Societies as per the Hon'ble Supreme Court directive dated 29th March 2023. Eligibility for refund through the CRCS Sahara Refund	Eligibility criteria for filing a claim on the CRCS Sahara Refund
The genuine and legitimate Depositors of following four Sahara Societies are eligible for refund through the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal: Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Kolkata. Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Limited, Lucknow. Saharayan Universal Multipurpose Society Limited, Bhopal. Stars Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited, Hyderabad	The Depositors must have made deposits & have outstanding dues receivable before the following dates, for filing a claim request: 22nd March 2022 29th March 2023

Depositor need to provide with the Claim Request form / Application	Check Aadhaar seeding with Bank account
Membership no. Deposit Account no. Aadhaar linked Mobile no. (Mandatory) Deposit certificates/ Passbook PAN card (if claim amount is Rs. 50,000/- and above) (Mandatory). About CRCS Sahara Refund Portal
Since its formation, Ministry of Cooperation has taken number of initiatives to strengthen the cooperative movement in the country and to protect the interests of the members of the cooperatives. As a part of these initiatives and to address the grievances of genuine members/depositors of Sahara Group of Cooperative Societies for payment of their legitimate deposits, an application was filed by the Ministry of Cooperation in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, on which the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its order dated 29.03.2023 directed that Rs. 5000 Crores be transferred out of the “Sahara-SEBI Refund Account”, to the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies (CRCS) for disbursement against the legitimate dues of the genuine depositors of the Sahara Group of Cooperative Societies in the most transparent manner and on proper identification and on submitting proof of their identity and deposits and proof of their claims and to be deposited in their respective bank account directly.
