    • Important Information
    • Citizens need not go to RTPS counter. They can avail the services of RTPS Act online.
    • Certificate will be sent to the online applicant through (i) Download link through SMS on Mobile Number, (ii) Email Id, (iii) DigiLocker, and (iv) SevicePlus Inbox of the applicant.
    • The Social Security services of Social Welfare Department under RTPS Act are currently available for Jehanabad, Sitamarhi and Samastipur districts only.
    • Verification of certificates (Residence, Caste, Income, Economical Weaker Section & State NCL) done through website is subject to final verification of same by issuing authority.
