  1. Only those Candidates are allowed in the Examination, whose age is between 10-12 years as of 1st of April 2019.
  2. They should be a domicile of Bihar.
  3. The Candidate who have been studying in some recognized school or the one which have obtained NOC from the competent authority/department of the state.
